We have an apartment to rent all year round in South West France (Languedoc), by the
Mediterranean Sea, in Valras Plage. Whether you enjoy canoeing or horse riding, eating fresh
seafood, playing tennis or riding a mountain bike, Valras-Plage is the ideal holiday venue, all year
round.It is a lively seaside resort that is great for families and has golden sands that stretch for 4
kilometers. You can bathe safely in the calm Mediterranean Sea, learn the basics of sailing or just
relax and build up your tan. You can lounge in the shade on a café terrace, watching the fishing
boats go past or could even try your luck at the casino.
Valras-Plage is a typical Mediterranean village with shops to meet all your daily needs and
wonderful restaurants. The local market can be found by the sea front on Monday’s & Friday’s.
Valras-Plage is in a scenic and highly central location for day trips throughout Languedoc and
beyond, with Barcelona, Carcasonne and Marseille all accessible within a comfortable 2-3 hour
drive. The nearest airports are Montpellier (45 minute drive), Narbonne (45 minute drive) or
Toulouse (2 hour drive).

Description of the Apartment
This beautiful apartment is in a quiet, residential area situated by the river L’Orb and within a 5
minute walk to the Mediterranean Sea and Valras-Plage’s 4 km-long sandy beach. The apartment
has a white coloured facade and blue shutters in the true Languedoc tradition.
The spacious apartment is on the top floor of a three-storey building; it has been recently built to
modern, high quality standards. It is suitable for 2 families or a large group. There are 4 large
bedrooms (3 double plus 1 twin) that sleep 8 people. In addition to a bathroom there is an en-suite
shower room and 2 WC’s. The sitting room is immaculately furnished and the roomy dining area
seats 8 people comfortably. A large balcony, which overlooks the private pool and secluded garden
area, is accessed via the sitting / dinning rooms and the master bedroom. The large kitchen
contains all modern conveniences and includes a small breakfast dining area and a walk in
store-room.

Open plan living & dinning room:
Includes a white upholstered sofa, a coffee table, a chaise longue, sideboard and TV. A large
dining table with 8 chairs plus a second side board. Yellow walls and beige floor tiles add to the
brightness of the room. French doors open to the balcony with garden furniture (dining table,
chairs and parasol).
Kitchen & store-room:
Fully equipped with modern amenities:
Electric induction cooker with electric oven, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher,Washing machine,
Iron / Ironing board, Hoover, Coffee maker, Microwave, Small table and 2 chairs, Cupboards,
General cooking utensils, and Crockery & cutlery for 8 people.
Master bedroom:
A large, bright room with a large double bed and 2 bedside tables; with an en-suite shower room
& WC. The patio door leads directly on to the south-facing balcony. A large walk in dressing room
with plenty of drawers & hanging space for clothes is available.
Other bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 : a double bed with 2 bedside tables and a double cupboard with sliding mirrored doors
Bedroom 2 : a double bed with 2 bedside tables and a double cupboard with sliding mirrored doors
Bedroom 3 : a standard single bed + a large single bed with a chest of drawers.
Bathroom:
A large bathroom with a bathtub and sink.
Separate WC
Garden with pool:
A secluded garden area with a pool and outside shower is available for exclusive use by the
residents of the apartments.
Ground level garage
A garage for 1 car is available for use by the guests as well as plenty of off-street parking also
available.

Rates / Terms and Conditions:
No smoking or pets in the apartment.
Rental prices range from £900 - 500 (Euros 1,300 - 700) per week Saturday to Saturday.

Getting there:
There is no frequent public transport to Valras Plage so a car is advisable.
From Autoroute A9:
Take either the Béziers-Est exit, and follow signs to Sète, then Valras-Plage (10 km)
or
Take the the Béziers-Ouest exit, and follow signs to Sérignan, then Valras-Plage (10 km).
